Free trials and subscription billing

Free Trial Period: Your free trial begins immediately after signing up and lasts for exactly 7 days from the moment you sign up. You are entitled to a single free trial for each distinct subscription service we offer. If the trial is not cancelled before the end of the 7-day period, your subscription will automatically commence, and you will be charged according to the subscription plan selected at sign-up.

Time Zone: The start and end times of your free trial are based on Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST). The conversion to AEST will not affect the duration of your trial.

Trial Limitation: Initiating more than one trial for the same subscription service, including attempts made using different email addresses or other methods to bypass this limit, will result in immediate billing of the full subscription fee. Additionally, such actions will void any entitlement to our 30-day money-back guarantee.

Subscription Charges: Following the trial, billing will occur annually for the yearly subscription plan. For the monthly subscription plan, billing will occur monthly. The charges will continue to be automatically deducted from your account until you cancel your subscription.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, please follow the instructions under ‘Billing and Invoices’ in your members area. Changes to Charges or Payment Methods: Should there be any changes to our subscription charges or payment methods, we will provide you with prior notice as required by applicable laws.

Refunds

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We are committed to your satisfaction. To ensure you feel secure and confident in your purchase, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. This guarantee allows you to fully experience our services with the reassurance that if you are not completely satisfied within the first 30 days of signing up, you are eligible for a refund.

Exceptions to the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee:

Digital Content: Due to the nature of digital content, which can be copied, saved, or printed, refunds are generally not provided once the content is downloaded. This includes, but is not limited to, Masterclass lecture slides and Research Review issue PDFs. Once digital content is downloaded, it’s yours to keep, and this may limit eligibility for a refund at the Company’s discretion.
Transaction Fees: If a refund is processed, any transaction fees incurred may be deducted from the refund amount. We aim to be transparent about any fees that might affect your refund.
Multiple Free Trials: If you have initiated more than one free trial for the same service, as mentioned in the ‘Free Trial and Subscription Billing’ section, the 30-day money-back guarantee will not apply. This policy is intended to provide each customer a fair opportunity to evaluate our services.

All Mobile App Subscriptions: If you created a subscription via our mobile app, any refund / reimbursement requests are facilitated exclusively by Apple or Google Play (the merchant). As we lack authority over such transactions, we are unable to facilitate any such requests. Further details can be found at Apple support Apple Support or Google Play support Google Play support.

Coupon Usage: Coupons can only be used once and are limited to a single subscription cycle. We reserve the right to decline coupon usage at our discretion, ensuring fair application of this policy to all customers.

Governing Law

The validity, construction and performance of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Queensland and the parties agree that any dispute arising from it shall be litigated only in the State of Queensland.
